Terms of Sale (Picture Framing Application)
By subscribing to our service, you are subject to the following terms and conditions. In order to contract with SimulArt Inc. you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Framing.studio retains the right to refuse any request made by you. When subscribing you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate.

(a) Our Contract
Our services are billed monthly at the same date (plus applicable taxes). After completing your free trial period, you will be redirected to a portal managed by Stripe.com to complete the recurring payment setup using a credit card. To avoid service interruption, your recurring payment must remain valid. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at anytime by logging into your account and accessing the Stripe.com portal link under Menu -> Billing & Usage. We do not issue downgrade refunds, any amount credited can only be applied to future transactions. If you cancel your subscription, your account will remain active until the end of the paid period. Cancelled accounts are deleted from our servers after a period of inactivity.

(b) Payments
For security reasons, all credit card payments are managed by Stripe.com. If you wish to use another payment method, please contact us.
